Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Karveer Warehouse Tracking system operated by Karveer Fashion. By signing in you agree to them.

Who may use the system

Only staff given an account by the warehouse administrator may use the system, and only for Karveer Fashion work.

Your account

• Use only your own account. Do not share your password or let anyone else work under your name.
• Sign out on shared devices when you finish.
• Tell the administrator straight away if you think someone else knows your password.

Recording work

• Record each step when it is actually done, and select the person who actually did the work.
• When a step cannot continue, put it on hold with the correct reason instead of leaving it open or marking it done.
• Upload only the bill copy for the parcel being received. Do not upload unrelated files.
• Do not enter information you know to be false, and do not try to reach pages or data outside your role.

Records and monitoring

Everything entered in the system is a business record of Karveer Fashion. Every action is saved with the user and time, and managers use these records to review work and performance.

Confidentiality

Bill, vendor, pricing and stock information is confidential. Do not copy, export or share it outside Karveer Fashion unless you are authorised to.

Availability

The system is provided for internal operations and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of faults. Keep following the normal paper process for bills and LR copies during any outage.

Suspension

The administrator may deactivate an account that is no longer needed or that is used against these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
